i am delighted you're here.

before going any further, i want to take a moment to gratefully and respectfully acknowledge that i live and work on unceded Duwamish land.  my people are not from here, and my intention is to do good work with a heart of harmonious service during the time that i am here.

my shamanic healing practice is rooted in the conviction that we all have infinite capacity for growth and transformation.  not every question can be answered, and not every physical illness can be cured, but there is always potential for healing.

in my practice, i address the aspects of illness at the soul or spirit level.  because the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual realms are all interpenetrating aspects of us, tending to the spiritual facets of illness plays an important role in holistic healing and overall health.  this can sometimes be the missing piece for an ongoing healing process or a life transition.

i facilitate a multitude of healing modalities, such as soul retrieval, power animal retrieval, foreign energy clearing, compassionate depossession, psychopomp, and cord dissolution in service of creating more harmony and vitality in your life.

wherever you are in the living story of your life, i welcome all of you here.

illuminating interconnections

creating your nature-connection talisman

we are intimately connected to the natural world.  yet in our busy days and lives it is so easy to forget that we have innumerable allies in the more-than-human world.  when we forget, we can feel isolated or numb, and even doubtful that our allies exist.

sometimes it helps us remember them when we have a physical representation of this sacred connection – something to remind us of who we really are.

When I am among the trees,

especially the willows and the honey locust,

equally the beech, the oaks and the pines,

they give off such hints of gladness,

I would almost say that they save me, and daily.

I am so distant from the hope of myself,

in which I have goodness, and discernment,

and never hurry through the world

but walk slowly, and bow often.

Around me the trees stir in their leaves

and call out, "Stay awhile."

The light flows from their branches.

And they call out again, "It's simple," they say,

"and you too have come

into the world to do this, to go easy, to be filled

with light, and to shine."

i look forward to hearing from you!
